Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please note that we only issue store credit for returns. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.


Returns for Store Credit
  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Fee
  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
  • A flat shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your final store credit amount to cover the cost of the return.
Receiving Your Store Credit
  • We will inspect your item once we receive it.
  • Approved returns will be issued store credit via an electronic gift card.
  • Your gift card will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days of delivery.
  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
